Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 days from the date your order is placed.
For US market: 5-7 days for fulfillment + shipping
For EU & other markets: Up to 14 days for fulfillment + shipping
This timeframe includes both production and shipping. Actual delivery may vary slightly depending on the shipping destination, product type, and order volume.
Cancellation Policy
We strongly recommend that you double-check all order information before completing payment.
After payment has been processed, the order is automatically sent to production. Cancellations are generally not accepted to ensure efficient processing for all customers.
If you need to cancel or modify your order (e.g., change size, color, quantity, or address), please contact our support team immediately. All cancellation or modification requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Return & Reship Policy
Because all products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns from customers.
If an order is returned to our production facility, we will handle it as follows:
Customer-provided information is correct (accurate address and details): We will contact you for confirmation and proceed to manufacture and reship a replacement order. The replacement will follow the same production and shipping timelines as a new order.
Incorrect or incomplete customer information (wrong address, missing details, or delivery failure due to customer error): We cannot offer reshipment due to high return costs, potential damage during return transit, and extended processing times. We recommend that you monitor the tracking information regularly and place a new order if needed.
Error on our part (wrong design, incorrect size/color/material/style, poor print quality, or damaged product): We will immediately produce and ship a replacement item at no additional cost without requiring you to return the original order.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds (full or partial) are granted only in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged or deformed during shipping.
There are clear, visible printing defects (blurry, faded, color mismatch, misalignment, etc.).
The item received is the wrong size compared to our official size chart.
The item is the wrong color, material, or style from what was ordered.
The design printed is different from the one approved in your order.
The order was shipped to an address different from the one you provided.
The print quality or finishing is visibly poor to the naked eye.
Refunds are NOT available in these situations:
You change your mind or are simply unsatisfied with the product after receipt.
The tracking status shows “Delivered Successfully,” even if you claim not to have received the package.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
You must submit a refund request within 20 days from the date the order is marked as “Delivered” on the tracking information.
Requests submitted after 20 days will not be accepted.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team via email or the contact form on our website.
Provide the following evidence:
Order ID
Clear photos or videos (with good lighting) clearly showing the issue
Tracking information (if applicable)
Our team will review your request on a case-by-case basis and respond via email.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or store wallet balance once approved. The amount may be full or partial depending on the nature and extent of the issue.
Important Notes
For orders containing 2 or more items, processing times may be extended by 1 additional business day.
This policy does not apply to orders using our Design Support Service (these require additional verification before production).
During peak seasons or force majeure events, production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
All timelines referenced are business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
